Terms of Service

Tummy & Mummy is a marketplace. Food is prepared and sold by independent home chefs ("producers"). We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment and delivery coordination; we are not the manufacturer or seller of the food.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping OTPs confidential.

Producers must hold a valid FSSAI registration, follow food-safety and hygiene norms, list accurate ingredients, allergens and shelf life, honour listed prices, and pack orders safely. We may suspend listings that fail quality checks.

Provide correct delivery details, be available at delivery, check allergen information before ordering, and use the platform lawfully. Abusive behaviour toward producers or delivery partners may result in account suspension.

An order is confirmed when the producer accepts it. Prices are in INR and shown inclusive of applicable taxes; delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay or collected as cash on delivery where offered.

The Tummy & Mummy name, logo, and platform content are our property. Producer content remains theirs, licensed to us for display and promotion of their listings.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration or the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, safety violations, or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
